GRNGR Collectibles Shipping Policy

Order Processing
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the order contents, package size, destination, and available carrier services.

Tracking
When tracking is available, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been prepared for shipment.

Packaging
We package orders with collector protection in mind. Cards, comics, sealed products, graded items, and other collectibles are packed appropriately to help reduce the risk of damage in transit.

Delivery Times
Estimated transit times shown at checkout are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Preorders
Preorder items ship after inventory is received and processed by GRNGR Collectibles. Manufacturer and distributor release dates may change without notice.

If an order contains both preorder and in-stock items, fulfillment timing may depend on the shipping option and product availability stated on the product page.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to redirect it.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If tracking shows an unusual delay or a package appears lost, contact us and we’ll help review the shipment with the carrier. Carrier investigations and claim timelines may vary.

Damaged Shipments
If an item arrives damaged, retain the product and all shipping materials and contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box.

International Shipping
If international shipping is offered, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated at checkout.
