How do I know my order went through?
You’ll receive an order confirmation after checkout. A separate shipping confirmation with tracking will be sent once your order ships.

Are your products authentic?
Yes. GRNGR Collectibles sources products from trusted distributors, suppliers, and verified channels. We do not knowingly sell counterfeit products.

Product Condition

What condition are products sold in?
Condition will be clearly stated on each listing. Sealed products are sold as received unless otherwise noted. Singles, comics, and collectibles will include condition details when applicable.

Shipping

How are orders packaged?
Orders are packed with collector protection in mind. Cards, comics, sealed products, and collectibles are packaged appropriately to help prevent damage during transit.

Processing Time

How quickly do orders ship?
Most in-stock orders are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Preorders and special-order items may have different timelines listed on the product page.

Preorders

How do preorders work?
Preorder products will clearly display their expected release window. Release dates can change based on the manufacturer or distributor.

Returns

Can I return an order?
Return eligibility depends on the type and condition of the product. Sealed collectible products generally must remain unopened and in their original condition. Full details will be available in our Refund Policy.

Damaged Orders

What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and photos of the packaging and damaged item so we can review the issue.
