GRNGR Collectibles Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Because many of the products we sell are collectible, sealed, limited-release, or condition-sensitive, return eligibility depends on the product type and condition.

Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and returned in the same condition in which they were received, including original packaging.

Sealed Collectible Products
Trading card products, sealed boxes, packs, collectible products, and similar merchandise must remain factory sealed and unopened to qualify for a return. Opened sealed products are not eligible for return based on pull results, card contents, or product value.

Singles, Graded Cards, Comics, and Condition-Sensitive Collectibles
Sales of individual trading cards, graded cards, comics, and other specifically described condition-sensitive collectibles are generally final unless the item received materially differs from the listing.

Apparel and Supplies
Unused apparel and hobby supplies may be eligible for return if they are in new condition with original packaging and tags, where applicable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.

Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before fulfillment begins. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Preorders
Preorder cancellation eligibility may vary depending on the product and whether inventory has already been committed through our supplier or distributor. Any special preorder terms will be stated on the applicable product listing.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by GRNGR Collectibles or the product arrived materially damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error.
